My dad was here for a few months following a stroke. His care team were all so helpful and attentive, and his caseworker went above and beyond helping me get my dad transitioned to a facility closer to home. She was able to help me navigate through a very difficult process, and kept me updated throughout the time he was there. My dad was taken care of very well when he was there, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They kept us very informed on our father’s progress. They were friendly and professional. Social service dept was great, they always kept us informed and helped so much with the move to a new facility. We would recommend.

My father was recently a patient following surgery. The staff treated him with respect and offered the care he required in a courteous and thoughtful manner. Dad was able to return home sooner than we had hoped due to the excellent care he received.

This was a difficult time for our family, many questions on how to proceed following Dads release. Not only did we receive necessary information but staff walked with us and supplied the knowledge we needed at just the right time. Our entire family was well taken care of at Willows Post Acute. We are grateful!

My father recently started care here. The staff, especially Jennifer, have been so kind in helping transition my father and our family to this new experience. I know if I ever have ANY concerns she and the staff will get to them immediately. This has been very hard for me to not have my dad at home but I’m just so thankful there is a safe and clean place for him to be where I know I can reach them at any time.

The Staff and Management were amazing. Our family member was there on 2 separate occasions and they went above and beyond to try and help him recover from multiple issues. I recommend this for anyone needing skilled nursing or rehabilitation/recovery treatment.

The staff and management at this building are great. Clean, neat, professional, overall a great place! The employee’s who work at this building really truly care about the patients care and well-being. The Social Service Director, does a great job with communicating with the patients families regarding the treatment plan for the said individual. All around, I would highly recommend this building for anyone needing this sort of treatment facility.

I think it is great that there is a place available in this rural county that can provide long term care to the elderly and short term therapy to those that need it so they can get home faster, and a ventilator unit when the next closest one is 100 miles away.

My grandfather was recently discharged from Willows Post Acute after a 6 weeks stay. Overall we are very satisfied with his care. The staff was always very warm, kind and friendly. If we had a concern they were attentive and supportive. Courtney from social services was phenomenal in coordinating his discharge and helping us get Grandpa home. We are forever grateful for all the great care provided!

Social services assisted me with an admission into my assisted living community, and they were on top of their game! Their follow-through was awesome and timely! I work in the healthcare field and I was blown away by such a ROCK STAR performers. I would gladly partner with then again since they are such a breath of fresh air in this industry! Keep up the great work!
