Simply fill out the form below with a personal message and pick a design to accompany it. Our team will hand deliver your card to your loved one’s room.

  1. Fill out the form and write a personalized message at the bottom of the page
  2. Click “Send” and the ecard will be printed and delivered by one of our staff
  3. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday
  4. Cards are typically delivered the next business day but may take extra time around holidays
  5. If the patient has been discharged, your card will not be delivered
